Concept

Each daily workout provides a general full body workout as with the original 7 Minute Workout. We take this to the next level by focusing on specific muscle groups.

Every other day these muscle groups are rested while you focus on a different body area. This allows the following process to occur...

STEP 1

Overload:

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) makes you work to your maximum in each workout set.

STEP 2

Adaption:

Let your body rest the muscle groups you've stressed so they can recover and build muscle. Even when you're not working them, they're working for you!
