Process

WONDER helps you get and stay fit. The process is simple...

Faded background, track shoes or similar.

We've taken the scientifically proven '7 Minute Workout' to the next level, helping you maximise the effectiveness of your workouts, and build results-orientated habits.

Here's how it works...

Concept

Each daily workout provides a general full body workout as with the original 7 Minute Workout. We take this to the next level by focusing on specific muscle groups.

Every other day these muscle groups are rested while you focus on a different body area. This allows the following process to occur...

STEP 1

Overload:

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) makes you work to your maximum in each workout set.

STEP 2

Adaption:

Let your body rest the muscle groups you've stressed so they can recover and build muscle.

STEP 3

Repeat:

Workout different muscle groups each day with our different whole body routines.
