Purpose

To pin down all the details for the onboarding process for first 7 Minute Workout app. This mainly refers to the UX from first launch until the start of the first workout.

We're aiming for a sequence of 'slides' with images, copy and perhaps some video at the start.

We've taken the scientifically proven '7 Minute Workout' to the next level, helping you maximise the effective of your workouts, and build results-orientated habits.

Here's how it works...




Overload:

Work to your maximum in each workout set. Try and do two or more 7 minute sets. Give it everything!




Adaption:

Let your body rest the muscle groups you've stressed.




Repeat:

Workout different muscle groups each day with different routines.




Recover:

Take 2 days off per week to recover.




The Catch:

You HAVE to push yourself to the MAX or it won't work!
