What steps do you have to do to get from Escape to Fit/Healthy. 

M1 - Escape - Feeling Horrible and Unfit

Step 1 probably is to make the decision to start exercising and getting fit.
Step 2 might be then to research some help. AGGGH info overload.
Step 3 FInd the right product (us) that suits lifestyle and get some help.
Step 4 - start the exercise routing and get some results.
Step 5 - start to eat less. (move more, eat less) ok, someone help me with what to eat???
Step 6 - Start pushing harder with exercise - start seeing some results
Step 7 - Start building strength.
Step 8 - Reach goal of feeling fit and great.

Introduction

What is it?

Wonder is the original New York Times published 7 Minute Workout, made better. The secret is in Wonder's unique algorithms and the science behind it.


How does it help me?

Wonder is designed for busy people like you. It maximises your time exercising so you really make the most of the time you have, and you burn more calories even when resting.


Give me details...

Wonder has two magic tricks. Sweating and Resting. The more you sweat, and the more you rest the better your results.

In fact, they compound over time, so your rate of fitness increase, especially at the beginning compounds.


It can be done anywhere?

Yes the routines are designed to be done, at home, in a gym or in a park. 


What's the catch?

You'll still have to eat sensibly to see the best results. We recommend a daily calorie intake of 1700 for a woman, and 2100 for a man.


What is the 7 Minute Workout?

It is a collection of 12 exercises that can be performed in seven minutes but achieve the equivalent of an hour’s workout. You need to do them to the best of your abilities ( at very high-intensity) and rest very little in between - and you'll get the benefit even when you're not exercising.

We're specialist app developers with a keen interest in fitness and helping you achieve your goals. We're always very keen on feedback and improvement. Duncan is a cycling nut and you'll find him at weekends on a bike and in the evenings helping his wife on her fitness regime. Ross, when he's not thinking up new app ideas loves playing and watching sport, especially motorsport and rugby.
