I'm Abby, Personal Trainer, and I've been helping women, just like you, get fit since 2011. I've educated so many clients in how to get fit, and wanted to contribute this knowledge. You'll find me helping guide you, motivate you, and keep you pushing through each workout. Watch out for my technique tips and secrets in the notes by each exercise.
Duncan Abbott and Ross Jones
We're specialist app developers with a keen interest in fitness and helping you achieve your goals. We're always very keen on feedback and improvement. Duncan is a cycling nut and you'll find him at weekends on a bike and in the evenings helping his wife on her fitness regime. Ross, when he's not thinking up new app ideas loves playing and watching sport, especially motorsport and rugby. Our series of fitness apps came about because our wives were always complaining they never had time to keep a great fitness regime. 7 Minute Workout is designed for them and you.
