What is it?
Wonder is the original New York Times published 7 Minute Workout, made better. The secret is in Wonders's unique algorithms and the science behind it.
How does it help me?
Wonder maximises your time exercising so you really work the time you have, and your burn more even when resting.

Wonder has two magic tricks. Sweating and Resting. The more you sweat, and the more you rest the better your results.
In fact, they compound over time, so your rate of fitness increase, especially at the beginning compounds.
What is the 7 Minute Workout?
It is a collection of 12 exercises that can be performed in seven minutes but achieve the equivalent of an hour’s workout.
The original 7 Minute Workout was a peer-reviewed scientific research paper, the “7 minute workout” (comprehensive research article here) by Brett Kilka (C.S.C.S., B.S.) and Chris Jordan (M.S., C.S.C.S.).
The catch is - you need to do them to the best of your abilities (high-intensity) and rest very little in between - and you'll get the benefit even when you're not exercising. However...
Wonder goes further, we use the latest science to push this method further, with specific weekly exercise programmes to push you to get the very best from yourself.
